EXERCISES FOR FLAT FOOT (Flexible Pes Plano Valgus)

Pes Plano Valgus, also known as flat feet, is a condition where the arches of the feet collapse, causing the feet to flatten and turn inward. 


Here are some exercises that can help correct flexible pes planovalgus:

Arch lifts: Stand with your feet hip-width apart and lift the arches of your feet as high as you can. Hold for a few seconds and then lower your feet back down. Repeat for several repetitions.

 


Toe curls: Sit on a chair with your feet flat on the ground. Curl your toes under your feet, lifting the arches of your feet. Hold for a few seconds and then release. Repeat for several repetitions.

 


Foot doming: Sit on a chair with your feet flat on the ground. Press the ball of your foot into the ground while lifting the arches of your feet. Hold for a few seconds and then release. Repeat for several repetitions.

 

Ankle circles: Sit on a chair with your feet off the ground. Rotate your ankles in circles, first in one direction and then in the other direction. Repeat for several repetitions.


Heel raises: Stand with your feet hip-width apart
'/and lift your heels as high as you can, keeping your toes on the ground. Hold for a few seconds and then lower your heels back down. Repeat for several repetitions.
